I provide a range of psychological services with an emphasis on adult individual, couples/marital, and family therapy. I am comfortable working with a variety of therapeutic models, integrating individual and interpersonal models to fit each client’s concerns, strengths, and goals. 

Within a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I help the client(s) explore his, her, or their own thinking, emotions, behaviors, and interactions with others.

I am an empathic listener and active participant. We work together to explore new insights and perspectives and implement new emotional and behavioral possibilities, skills, and solutions.

My goal is to be helpful: to help clients feel better about themselves, their relationships, and their concerns.
